Students learn to prepare various cuisines, including Japanese, Western, and Chinese. Upon graduation, they acquire a national license as a cook. Students are also taught professional etiquette and other relevant knowledge.
Of course confectionery should look and taste good; but it should also be safe to eat. Students on this course acquire confectionery-making skills and knowledge of food hygiene. They can also obtain a license in confectionery hygiene.
Students learn about the food business through themes such as cookery, confectionery, menu development, customer service, and interior design of eating spaces. Etiquette education and on-site training at hotels help students acquire a hospitality mindset.
